1 - BRITISH HOLIDAYS

Your accommodation is not charged until after you have arrived at the hotel. You have no financial liability until 29 days before the holiday. See our T&C page for further information. After this time there are penalties should you choose to cancel the holiday. If GE, in the unlikely event is forced to cancel a UK holiday, then you will not be charged and the scheduled payment simply cancelled. Any Bridge fee deposits will be refunded within 7 business working days at the latest.

2 - OVERSEAS AccomModation

Your accommodation is not charged until after you arrive at your destination. You have no financial liability until 49 days before the holiday. See our T&C page for further information. After this time there are penalties should you choose to cancel the holiday. If GE, in the unlikely event is forced to cancel a holiday, then you will not be charged and the scheduled payment simply cancelled. No refunds will be necessary.

2 - Leisure Holiday FEE

The Leisure Holiday Fee required to secure your overseas holidays are held until the relevant holiday has taken place and are available to refund anyone cancelling an overseas holiday 49 days prior to arrival date. After this there are terms and conditions. See our T&C page for further information. If you do cancel a holiday after the 49 days GE will make every effort to resell your place, you can also do the same and we can then simply ‘name change’ your booking. See our T&C page for further information. If we are unable to resell your place and there are cancellation charges due, this will not be charged to you until the original invoice due date, i.e. after you had planned to arrive on holiday. If you cancel a holiday by giving no less than 49 days notice, the Leisure Holiday Fee will be reimbursed to you in full and within 7 working days. Bridge Overseas and GE have now merged, prior to the merger BOS was already a safe and strong company, judged by Endole and Plimsol, travel industry specialist financial reporters. We are in a significantly healthier financial position than our competitors, and we can demonstrate this upon request.

3 - FLIGHTS

When booking your flights for your holiday you will need to make sure that the agent or flight company supplies you with an ATOL certificate. This will protect you if the company that supplies this fails. Any travel arrangement must be made only after your accommodation booking is secured. Any liability for a change of travel due to the unavailability of a holiday or particular dates you require, GE will not be liable for. You are not booking a packaged holiday, you must ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place at the time of booking either element of your holiday.
