Dear Bridge Overseas,Just back from your splendid holiday Inn Brentford Lock, London: wanted to provide some specific feedback other than the usual generic form-filling exercises. The location near Kew Gardens was as convenient as advertised. Not having been to Kew before, the visit exceeded all my expectations: the gardens were spectacular in the Spring sunshine, I expect to return in years to come. Our welcome from Chris and Alison was warm … and they could not do enough to keep everyone happy. The rooms were fresh, clean, SKY SPORTS on TV … and the hotel layout was nicely compact: reception, lifts, restaurant, bridge room, toilets, bar all in easy reach. The staff too were most helpful. All in all, 8/10, with 10 being perfection!Best wishes Mr J
Mrs S.G, Just wanted to say how much my mum and I enjoyed our little break. Mike worked so hard to ensure everyone had a good time and was comfortable - even chivvying the staff to get the heating and drinks supply right. He put on an extra session of bridge when the weather deteriorated, produced results almost instantly, and delivered seminars and prizes with a great sense of humour. Rosey was also great company, assisting ably and providing a partner for anyone who needed one.The views from the Bridge room, over the golf course and lake, are absolutely stunning.
Mrs E.A, Had a fabulous time in Torquay with Ferai and his wife, great couple, great crowd, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Mrs B.E, I have just returned from a Bridge Overseas holiday staying at the Hallmark Carlton Hotel in Bournemouth and I would like to like to say how very enjoyable it was. The hotel was excellent. My bedroom was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, the food was good with plenty of choice and efficiently served by the well trained waitresses and all the staff most helpful and pleasant. The bridge was well organised and directed. The perfect weather completed a most successful and enjoyable holiday. I look forward to next time with bridge Overseas.
Mr P.E, Bridge Overseas helped our bridge/golf club organise our annual end of year dinner & dance. Saving us several hundreds of pounds and saved us the time and effort in finding a suitable venue. They acted quickly and are clearly a professionally run business that I would happily recommend to anyone needing assistance with a group holiday or event.
Mr J.J,Our welcome from Chris and Alison was warm … and they could not do enough to keep everyone happy.Don’t know how they managed to organise 2 welcome drinks evenings (should I have kept quiet about that?).With only a small number of tables (and quite a few very awkward customers, I have to say) everything ran as smoothly as possible.Although I would only rate the food as average (limited choice but decent quality) the rooms were fresh, clean, SKY SPORTS on TV … and the hotel layout was nicely compact: reception, lifts, restaurant, bridge room, toilets, bar (!) all in easy reach. The staff too were most helpful. All in all, 8/10, with 10 being perfection!
Mrs M.B,Having just returned from Turkey I thought you might like to know how good the holiday turned out to be. The hotel was one of the most pleasant I can remember, our directors among the best and the group inclusive and friendly. Thanks to Ferai and Heather we were able to visit the Sentido Perissia Hotel where Bridge Overseas clients will be staying for Christmas. It will be a wonderful hotel when the work is finally finished. We saw it without adornments but he view seaward made up for any omissions. I have already booked to join you at Christmas.
